Private Interest Register Reports

The set shall contain reports on the activities of the Register of Private Interests of the Chief Official Ethics Commission: 1. Statistics of decisions taken by the Chief Official Ethics Commission (COEC). When investigating reports, complaints and requests concerning compliance of the activities of declarants with the Law on the Adjustment of Public and Private Interests, the COEC shall decide to admit the violation, to admit the absence of an infringement or to terminate the investigation. The report shall contain data on these decisions as from 2006. 2. Statistics of declarations of private interests according to the type of position. The report shall include only the type of posts of a standard type or the type of posts indicated in the expert reports where a person lodges a declaration of his current position and of his participation in public procurement and is required to declare his post. Furthermore, if a person occupies positions of the same nature in several workplaces, only unique values of nature shall be included in the statistics. The report shall include data collected from 2020 onwards. 3. Statistics of declarations of private interest on the basis of declarations submitted and persons declaring. The report shall include data on the declarations submitted during the reporting period and the persons who submitted them. The report shall include data collected from 2012 onwards. Aggregated data shall be reported on the last day of each month. Data provider shall mean the Chief Official Ethics Commission.
