Results of toxicology studies in case of death

Toksikologinių tyrimų rezultatai mirties atvejais Duomenų rinkinyje pateikiami mirusių asmenų toksikologinių tyrimų rezultatai tais mirties atvejais, kai tyrimų metu buvo nustatyta cheminių ar kitų toksikologinių medžiagų. Pažymėtina, kad nustatytos medžiagos nebūtinai buvo tiesioginė mirties priežastis. Rinkinio duomenų lentelėje pateikiami šie pagrindiniai kintamieji: unikalus įrašo identifikatorius, mirusiojo lytis ir amžiaus grupė, mirties metai, gyvenamosios vietos tipas (miestas arba kaimas), nustatytos medžiagos pavadinimas, medžiagos grupė ir tipas, nustatyta medžiagos koncentracija ir jos matavimo vienetai, toksikologinio tyrimo rezultatas, mirties priežasties grupė, suformuota pagal Tarptautinę ligų klasifikaciją TLK-10-AM (atsitiktiniai apsinuodijimai, tyčiniai apsinuodijimai arba kita). Duomenų šaltinis: Higienos institutas (HI) Toxicological Test Results in Cases of Death The dataset presents toxicological test results of deceased individuals in cases where chemical or other toxicological substances were detected during testing. It should be noted that the detected substances were not necessarily the direct cause of death. The dataset table includes the following main variables: a unique record identifier, sex and age group of the deceased, year of death, type of place of residence (urban or rural), name of the detected substance, substance group and type, measured substance concentration and its units of measurement, toxicological test result, and the group of cause of death classified according to the International Classification of Diseases ICD-10-AM (accidental poisoning, intentional poisoning, or other).
