Statistics on lobbying activities

The package contains data on registered lobbyists, transparency declarations submitted by lobbyists and monthly declarations submitted by persons who have been lobbied. Data shall be provided from 2021. It should be noted that natural or legal persons engaged in lobbying activities shall be considered lobbyists. As provided for in the Law of the Republic of Lithuania on Lobbying Activities, when presenting themselves to the person to be influenced, lobbyists must present a certificate of lobbyist issued by the COEC, indicate the sponsor of lobbying activities, the beneficiary, the draft legal act under discussion and submit a declaration of transparent legislative processes within seven days. Persons who are intended to be influenced by lobbying activities must also declare, within seven days, the influence experienced in relation to each draft legal act.
