An operator is in compliance if the sum of the allowances is equal to the sum of the emissions in tonnes of CO2 reported and verified by an accredited verify. **Compliance status of aircraft operators** The following tables show the quantities of allowances reported free of charge and the quantities of allowances surrendered for a given year for aircraft operators affected by Luxembourg. An operator is in compliance if the sum of the allowances is equal to the sum of the CO2 emissions reported and verified by an accredited verify. **Information in accordance with Article 16(2) of the ETS Directive**
