E-PRTR and LCP integrated data reporting This obligation applies from the 2018 reporting year onwards. Since 2020, the reporting deadline is 30 November (i.e. 11 months after the end of the reporting year). This obligation covers: 1) Data to be reported by Member States according to Article 7 of Regulation 166/2006/EC on the European Pollutant Release and Transfer Register (E-PRTR). A revised implementing decision outlining the data to be reported under Article 7 was published in October 2019 and has applied from the 2019 reporting year onwards - Commission Implementing Decision (EU) 2019/1741 (http://data.europa.eu/eli/dec_impl/2019/1741/oj). 2) Data to be reported by Member States, on combustion plants, according to Article 72(3) and 72(4) of Directive 2010/75/EU on industrial emissions. 3) From 2023 reporting year (Reporting deadline 30/11/2024), the compulsory reporting of production volume data from E-PRTR facilities by Member States, as specified in Commission Implementing Decision (EU) 2022/142 (http://data.europa.eu/eli/dec_impl/2022/142/oj).
