Tribunal d'Arrondissement Luxembourg - Chamber of the Council

The Tribunal d’arrondissement de Luxembourg has territorial jurisdiction in the district in which it is located. It consists of 21 chambers in which cases are divided by the president of the court according to the subject matter. At the district court there is a public prosecutor's office composed of a State prosecutor and substitutes and an investigation office composed of investigating judges, who are responsible for investigating criminal cases and, where appropriate, criminal cases.
