Dataset description

The general development plan (‘GAP’) consists of a graphic and written part. In general, the data are made available in the form of a ‘ZIP’ file. The graphical part of the PAG is provided in "GML" format in accordance with the provisions of the Ministerial Regulation of 1 July 2016. The graphic part consists of different areas as defined by the Grand-Ducal Regulation of 28 July 2011 concerning the content of the general development plan of a municipality. The written portion of the MAP is provided in DOCX format. Master plans covering all areas subject to the drawing up of a specific ‘new neighbourhood’ development plan shall also be made available, as shall special development plans (SDPs) maintained in force. These documents are provided in "PDF" format. On https://pag-upload.mi.public.lu, you will find more information about the ‘GML’ structure and a plugin tool developed for the ‘QGIS’ programme to download, view (according to the standard caption) and edit the graphical part of the PAG.
