Analysis of the digital accessibility of PDF files on the 17 most visited public sites — April 2023

The presence on public sites of a large amount of non-accessible PDF files is a key issue for people with disabilities. Indeed, some accessibility issues may completely block access to information or the implementation of administrative procedures in the case of forms. We analysed in April 2 023 the accessibility of PDFs present on the 17 most visited Luxembourg public sites. The data collected in this dataset was generated in part by the software [SimplA11yPDFCrawler](https://github.com/accessibility-luxembourg/simplA11yPDFCrawler) which allows to download PDFs from a site and analyse them.
