Dataset description

According to [Luxembourg Law of 28 May 2019](http://legilux.public.lu/eli/etat/leg/loi/2019/05/28/a373/jo), all websites and mobile applications of Luxembourg public sector bodies must be accessible. The [Information and Press Service](https://sip.gouvernement.lu/) is responsible for monitoring their accessibility. Within this framework, the PDF repository has been developed to serve as a basis for evaluation and implementation for all public sector bodies concerned by the law. It is available on the Digital Accessibility Portal: [RAPDF 1](https://accessibilite.public.lu/fr/rapdf1/) This framework provides an operational framework for verifying compliance with accessibility requirements. It therefore makes it possible to verify that a PDF document complies with the criteria described in the European Standard [EN 301 549 v.3.2.1](https://www.etsi.org/deliver/etsi_en/301500_301599/301549/03.02.01_60/en_301549v030201p.pdf) for Section 10 *No-web documents*. It has 46 control criteria.

Often yes, but usage rights depend on the source license and dataset. We surface source, license and update metadata where available, and can help review terms before a production integration.
Maintained APIs include update metadata where available. For production integrations, we can add history, monitoring and push updates so changes are easier to detect and act on.
Production APIs can add SLA, stable identifiers, versioning support, history, push updates and direct support around the data your product or AI workflow depends on.
