Mobile App Accessibility Assessment Framework

According to the [Luxembourg law of 28 May 2019](http://legilux.public.lu/eli/etat/leg/loi/2019/05/28/a373/jo), all Luxembourg mobile applications must be accessible. The Information and Press Service is responsible for monitoring their accessibility. In this context, the Mobile App Accessibility Assessment Framework has been developed to serve as a basis for assessment and implementation for all public sector bodies concerned by the law. It is available on the digital accessibility portal: [RAAM 1.1](https://accessibility.public.lu/en/raam1.1/) This repository provides an operational framework for verifying compliance with accessibility requirements. Therefore, it makes it possible to verify that a mobile application complies with the criteria described in the European standard [EN 301 549 v.3.2.1](https://www.etsi.org/deliver/etsi_en/301500_301599/301549/03.02.01_60/en_301549v030201p.pdf) for the following sections: - 5 Generic requirements - 6 ICT with two-way voice communication - 7 ICT with video capabilities - 10 Non-web documents - 11 Software - 12 Documentation and support services It contains 107 control criteria. Note that RAAM 1.1 does not cover websites. These are covered by [RAWeb](https://data.public.lu/en/datasets/referential-devaluation-de-laccessibilite-web/). All source files are available in Markdown format, in a version that can be interpreted by the [markdown-it] library (https://github.com/markdown-it/markdown-it). We made use of an extension of the Markdown format [markdown-it-attrs](https://github.com/arve0/markdown-it-attrs) which allows the specification of html attributes, these attributes being particularly useful for language changes.
