Energy labels for homes and non-residentials (01-01-2011-02-01-2012)

The file contains an exit from the energy label database of Agency NL. This file comes from the real estate and housing market team. The energy label database is an annual database, which contains the energy labels of homes and utilities. Every year the CBS publishes the labels. Changes in the energy label can occur within the year. Since the number of label changes within the year is very low, it has been decided to opt for an annual stock.The energy label is mandatory when selling homes. Since there are no sanctions to sell a property without a label, owner-occupied homes with an energy label remain behind rental homes for the time being. For rental housing there are often performance measures attached to the label. To this end, the corporations must make investments in the form of e.g. insulation, HR boiler, solar panels etc. In addition, the energy label counts when determining the number of rental points according to the housing valuation system (WWS). The more economical a home is, the more rental points are allocated to the property. The number of rental points determines the maximum rental price for the property. At SOORTOBJECTNUMMER B has RINOBJECTNUMMER as origin Basic Registration Addresses and Buildings (BAG). At initial letter H, the RINOBJECTNUMMER has a historical origin (objects from before 1-1-2012, i.e. objects that have already been demolished before that date). ### Population The population consists of the addresses of homes and utilities with an energy label registered with the NL Agency. These addresses are encrypted with a unique code. This population is linked to irritated (encrypted) object numbers from the Basic Registration Addresses and Buildings (BAG). There is relatively little utility construction with a label in the energy label database. Most of the properties in the file are rental homes.
