Indication for Wlz care issued by the CIZ. (from 01-01-2015)

The INDICWLZ component contains data on indications issued by the Centre for Indicational Care (CIZ). An indication of the CIZ gives access to care funded by the Long-Term Care Act (Wlz) or from one of the grant schemes & first line residence ' (ELV), & First Line Treatment ' (EBH) or the grant scheme 'General daily life operations ' (ADL). The use of this file requires permission from the data provider. This permission can be obtained by sending an email with the analysis plan or the quotation to the email address: [mail address hidden – contact CBS]. From there we will then contact the data supplier for arranging consent. Indications are in principle issued with a duration of indefinite duration. ### Population The population of this component consists of all valid indications issued by the CIZ for Wlz-funded care to persons enrolled in the BRP.
