Owners of properties (from 01-01-2012)

The component owner contains the owners of properties on reference date 1-1-YYYY. The owners are available from 2012. For the years 2012-2018 there is only one owner available. The reason is that the owner then came from the Income Information System Value of Real Estate (IISWOZ) of the Tax Administration. This was the owner who received the attack of the Real Estate Taxation (OZB). As of 2019, the figures of the owners will be based on the Basic Registration Land Registry (BRK). As of this year there will be a maximum of 2 owners of a house. These can only be natural owners, but also two non-natural owners, or a combination of both. For use of the owner based on the BRK, the Kadaster will charge data costs.
