Property situation and WOZ value of all properties at address in the Netherlands (01-01-1999-02-01-2005)

This component shows whether the address is a purchase or rental property and in terms of the WOZ value of the house. More information on how to access the data: > https://www.cbs.nl/nl-nl/onze-diensten/maatwerk-en-microdata/microdata-zelf-onderzoek-doen ### Methodology This component has been converted to the new key combination SOORTOBJECTNUMMER and RINOBJECTNUMMER as of 1 July 2014 and has been created uniquely on the new key (&Doubled '). The file contains both SOORTOBJECTNUMMER B and H. At SOORTOBJECTNUMMER B, the RINOBJECTNUMMER has as origin Basic Registrations Addresses and Buildings (BAG). At the initial letter H, the RINOBJECTNUMMER has a historiscxhe origin (objects from before 1-1-2012, i.e. objects that have already been demolished before that date). Due to the limitations on the data, no development can be displayed for the variables WOZvalue and HUURKOOP. Shifts from rent to purchase and vice versa cannot be reliably displayed. In this context, a different methodology with other source files was used in 2005 to create this variable (see further internal link). When using the component, one must realise that there is a difference between the concept & rental or owner-occupied property ' and the concept & #039; tenant or buyer ' (see also internal link). The final files WONING and components WONING assume that each property is registered at a unique address. The WOZ registration and the land registry registration may deviate from that principle. The information in the source files used is based, among other things, on these registrations. ### Population All inhabited addresses in the Netherlands of a given year for which it is known whether it is a purchase or rental property or of which is known in terms of the WOZ value of the house.
