Structure of Earnings Survey (from 01-01-2014)

In this file, wage data is related to personal characteristics and company characteristics. This stock has been made specifically for Community statistics on the level and composition of wage costs and on the structure and distribution of workers’ wages in the economic activities mentioned above. These statistics are produced by the national authorities and Eurostat. More information on how to access the data: > https://www.cbs.nl/nl-nl/onze-diensten/maatwerk-en-microdata/microdata-zelf-onderzoek-doen ### Methodology The employees’ jobs in the Police file are linked to the persons included in the Occupational Population Survey (EBB). In addition, company data such as company size and company type and personal data such as gender and date of birth (from which age is derived) are also added. This data comes from the General Business Register of CBS and the Basic Registration of Persons. As the EBB is a sample, the composite file is also a sample. With the increase invoice, figures can be calculated for the entire population of employee jobs. ### Population Employees from the Polis files that can be linked to persons who have been replied and processed in the Occupational Population Survey (EBB). Police files contain wage and labour data of all employee jobs in the Netherlands.
