<p style="margin-left:0cm; margin-right:0cm;">Wojewódzki zasób geodezyjny i kartograficzny prowadzony jest przez Marszałka Województwa Dolnośląskiego na podstawie art. 7c Ustawy z dnia 17 maja 1989 r. Prawo geodezyjne i kartograficzne (t.j. Dz.U. 2024 poz. 1151).</p> <p style="margin-left:0cm; margin-right:0cm;">Dane udostępnione są na podstawie art. 12 ust. 1 i 2 ustawy z 4 marca 2010 r. o infrastrukturze informacji przestrzennej (t.j. Dz.U. 2025 poz. 242) w wersji do pobrania (format GML) oraz w postaci usługi WMS.</p> <p>Web Map Service (WMS) to stworzony przez Open Geospatial Consortium (OGC) standard udostępniania map w postaci rastrowej za pomocą interfejsu HTTP. Każdy użytkownik może przeglądać (bez możliwości wprowadzania zmian) wszystkie udostępnione informacje lub tylko wybrane warstwy.</p>
