Rada Miasta Kielce 21 kwietnia 2022 roku przyjęła tzw. uchwałę krajobrazową (nr LX/1188/2022), która reguluje zasady dotyczące lokalizowania reklam, szyldów, elementów małej architektury oraz ogrodzeń. Dokument określa m.in. ich dopuszczalne wymiary, standardy jakościowe oraz materiały, z których mogą być wykonane. Przepisy weszły w życie 13 maja 2022 roku, a okres dostosowawczy kończy się z dniem 13 maja 2025 roku. Kielce zostały podzielone na cztery strefy: A, B, C, D. W każdej z nich obowiązują inne zasady dotyczące umieszczania tablic reklamowych i urządzeń reklamowych.
