Dataset description

TTSK offers the institute of complaints as a means to deepen the participation of natural persons and legal entities to solve the problems of the region. Under Act No 9/2010 on complaints, a complaint is only a submission by which a natural or legal person seeks protection of its rights or legally protected interests which it considers to have been infringed by the action or inaction of a public administration body and points out specific shortcomings, in particular infringements of legislation the removal of which is the responsibility of the public administration body. A complaint is not a submission that: a) has the character of a demand, statement, opinion, request, initiative or proposal, b) points to specific shortcomings in the activity of a public administration body, the removal or handling of which is regulated by a special regulation, c) is a complaint under a special regulation, d) is directed against a decision of a public administration body issued in a procedure under a special regulation, e) is directed against the conclusions of an inspection, audit, supervision, supervision or inspection under a special regulation, or f) contains classified information or from the content of which it is clear that its handling as a complaint under this Act would endanger classified information under a special regulation. Nor is it a complaint made by (a) a public authority in which it draws attention to shortcomings in the activities of another public authority, (b) a person authorised by the court to exercise public authority. Complaints that do not contain data to identify the complainant (name, surname, address; the name, registered office and statutory body of the legal person) are not investigated and will be postponed. The TTSK shall comply with the provisions of the Complaints Act when handling any complaint.

Yes. Selected APIs include a free API quota, so your team can validate coverage, freshness, response shape and workflow fit before asking for a production plan.
Often yes, but usage rights depend on the source license and dataset. We surface source, license and update metadata where available, and can help review terms before a production integration.
Maintained APIs include update metadata where available. For production integrations, we can add history, monitoring and push updates so changes are easier to detect and act on.
Production APIs can add SLA, stable identifiers, versioning support, history, push updates and direct support around the data your product or AI workflow depends on.
