Record of cases in the area of disproportionately increased assets referred to in Article 44a of the ZIntPK

The record of cases in the area of disproportionately increased assets referred to in Article 44a of the ZIntPK refers to persons liable for the declaration of assets referred to in Article 41 of the ZIntPK for whom the Commission finds, on the basis of information on their assets or on the basis of other data, that their assets have increased disproportionately since the last declaration in relation to their income from the performance of their function or activity, which they otherwise carry out in accordance with the provisions and restrictions laid down in the ZIntPK and other laws, or that the value of their actual assets, which is the basis for the assessment of tax liabilities, significantly exceeds the declared value of their assets. Types of personal data in the personal data file: the personal name, function or position of the obliged entities referred to in the first paragraph of Article 41 of the ZIntPK, a list of notifications of decisions and measures under Article 45 of the ZIntPK.
