List of public sector budget users who did not submit salary data to the ISPAP system, by month

Data from this collection, as well as all explanations, are regularly updated on the Salary Portal, which is accessible at http://www.pportal.gov.si/. Data on budget users who did not submit data are available on the Salary Portal among the monthly reports under the heading "List of budget users who did not submit data in time to the ISPAP". --- In accordance with Article 48 of the ZSTSPJS and in accordance with the Rules on the methodology for the transmission and analysis of data on salaries, other payments and the number of employees in the public sector, budget users are obliged to submit data on salaries to the information system for the transmission and analysis of data on salaries in the public sector - ISPAP, which is established at AJPES. Data are collected for the provision of public wages in the public sector in accordance with Article 48 of the ZSTSPJS and for the preparation of analyses and simulations at the ministry responsible for the public sector wage system in accordance with Article 49 of the ZSTSPJS. Budget users must provide information on the next working day after the payment of salaries or at the latest by the 18th day of the month. The data of budget users who did not provide data on salaries is published.
