Dataset description

Flood hazard zones shall be classified into flood hazard classes on the basis of criteria classifying the power of the flood flow at the same probability of occurrence, the criterion demonstrating the highest hazard class being decisive. Plot spatial objects represent the ranges of areas of the class: - small flood hazards (Pm) where, at flow rate Q100 or G100 level, the water depth is less than 0,5 m or the product of water depth and water velocity is less than 0,5m2/s. - medium flood hazards (Ps) where, for flow Q100 or G100 level, the water depth is equal to or greater than 0,5 m and less than 1,5 m, or the product of water depth and velocity is equal to or greater than 0,5 m2/s and less than 1,5 m2/s, or where, for flow Q10 or G10 level, the water depth is greater than 0,0 m. - major flood hazards (Pv), where at flow rate Q100 or G100 level the water depth is equal to or greater than 1,5 m or the product of water depth and velocity is equal to or greater than 1,5 m2/s. - residual flood hazards (Pp), where the flood occurs due to extraordinary natural or man-made events (e.g. extraordinary meteorological events or damage or collapse of flood protection facilities or other water facilities). In practice, these areas include flood risk areas between Q100 and Q500. - and the area of validity of the results (OVR) - this is the area where the flood hazard classes shown are valid. The basic purpose of the data layer is to define the conditions and restrictions for the implementation of interventions in space and activities in areas at risk from floods. The data are also intended for the planning of flood risk reduction measures, spatial planning and interventions and information on flood conditions.

Questions before production use

Practical answers on evaluation, licensing, freshness, versioning and support.

api.store is built and operated by Apitalks s.r.o. Company details and a direct contact path are linked in the footer for vendor checks and procurement review.
Yes. Selected APIs include a free API quota, so your team can validate coverage, freshness, response shape and workflow fit before asking for a production plan.
Often yes, but usage rights depend on the source license and dataset. We surface source, license and update metadata where available, and can help review terms before a production integration.
Maintained APIs include update metadata where available. For production integrations, we can add history, monitoring and push updates so changes are easier to detect and act on.
Production APIs can add SLA, stable identifiers, versioning support, history, push updates and direct support around the data your product or AI workflow depends on.
