Dataset description

The number of cases finally closed in administrative units is compared to the previous reporting (situation as at 30. 9. 2025) remained unchanged (38.427). The total number of pending cases at administrative units increased by 1 (to 28) over this three-month period. By the 93rd follow-up of the realisation of the completion of the denationalisation process, 34 administrative units had completed the procedures in their entirety, with all cases finally closed. At the first instance of decision-making, all cases are closed by four administrative units, namely Cerknica, Gornja Radgona, Hrastnik and Piran. The Ministry of Culture, which decides at first instance on the denationalisation of objects protected under the regulations on the protection of cultural heritage, has 10 pending cases at first instance and 7 cases in the appeal, while the Ministry of Natural Resources and Spatial Planning, which decides at first instance on the return of property protected under the regulations on nature conservation, has 1 pending case and 2 cases in the appeal at first instance (since 31. 3. 2024). A total of 39,715 denationalisation requests were submitted to all administrative bodies at the first decision-making stage (administrative units, MK, MKGP, MOP and MF), of which 39,650 cases have been finally concluded, which represents 99.8% of the realisation in relation to all submitted cases. There are still 65 cases pending, of which 39 are pending at first instance, while a total of 26 are still pending in appeal at second instance and in administrative and supreme courts. Within a period of three months, the ministries dealing with appeals in the second instance resolved a total of five denationalisation cases. In the second instance (in the appeal before the ministries), a total of 8 denationalisation cases are still pending.

Yes. Selected APIs include a free API quota, so your team can validate coverage, freshness, response shape and workflow fit before asking for a production plan.
Often yes, but usage rights depend on the source license and dataset. We surface source, license and update metadata where available, and can help review terms before a production integration.
Maintained APIs include update metadata where available. For production integrations, we can add history, monitoring and push updates so changes are easier to detect and act on.
Production APIs can add SLA, stable identifiers, versioning support, history, push updates and direct support around the data your product or AI workflow depends on.
