The Human Resources Potential Survey (ACP) was launched as a research and development project in 1989 within the Institute of Sociology. The task of the research group was to develop instruments and methods for regular monitoring of developments in the labour market and the field of employment, which should be adapted to the standards of the European Union. The research provides internationally comparable indicators of the situation and changes in the Slovenian labour market and is also a rich source of data on the position of the individual in this market. It provides the data necessary for decision-making on economic and social issues in Slovenia.
