Registration census 2015

Registration census 2015 is one of the statistical surveys of the regular part of the programme of statistical surveys carried out by the Statistical Office the Republic of Slovenia (SURS). Registration census is a method of compiling data on population, households, families and dwellings, in which we statistically link data from existing administrative and statistical sources without additional collection on the ground. With the changeover to the register census, Slovenia joined the few European countries that are such a way of collecting and the processing of data on population, households and housing has already been carried out with the aim of reducing administrative barriers and research costs. The data file covers a 5% sample population from the 2015 census, aged 15 to 34 years inclusive, and is statistically protected. The data is only suitable for educational purposes.
