Dataset description

The research, which dealt with the problem of social inequality in students, originated from the Faculty of Economics Boris Kidrič in Ljubljana. At the beginning of the 1981/82 academic year, with which they wanted to highlight the socio-economic situation of their students, they carried it out at the time of enrolment of new students at the Faculty of Economics. In doing so, they proceeded on the assumption that students were at risk in the harsh economic conditions. As students' incomes corresponded only to real-time "hand-to-mouth" livelihoods. However, since the student is economically dependent on his or her parents, because he or she lives in a foreign place and has to feed elsewhere, it had to be taken into account that, as a result, the student's (possibility of) saving is very small. Our faculty (FSPN) also set a encouraging example next year, as we did not care about the conditions in which our students live and work. A greater sociological emphasis was placed on the entire research, focusing primarily on the problem of social inequality. On the other hand, we were interested in the material conditions of students and factors related to academic success, which affect overall academic performance. The basic problem is therefore how social inequality affects the acquisition of higher education, which is at the same time a process of restoring inequality. From a practical point of view, we were also interested in preventing the recurrence of inequalities, with scholarships in particular playing an important role. The research was carried out in such a way that the data were comparable with those of the Boris Kidrič Faculty of Economics.

Yes. Selected APIs include a free API quota, so your team can validate coverage, freshness, response shape and workflow fit before asking for a production plan.
Often yes, but usage rights depend on the source license and dataset. We surface source, license and update metadata where available, and can help review terms before a production integration.
Maintained APIs include update metadata where available. For production integrations, we can add history, monitoring and push updates so changes are easier to detect and act on.
Production APIs can add SLA, stable identifiers, versioning support, history, push updates and direct support around the data your product or AI workflow depends on.
