Dataset description

File of microdata of the census of premises and activities of the City of Madrid, classified according to their type of access (street door or grouped), situation (open, closed ...) and indication of the economic activity exercised and of the terraces of hospitality and restoration that appear registered in said census. The information (relating to the headings associated with the premises) is for statistical purposes only. The dataset ‘Economic Activity Headings’ is also published in the catalogue of this portal. Another set of data is also available in this portal, with all the historical information that can be provided (since March 2014): Census of premises, their activities and terraces of hospitality and restoration. Historical The information on the urban planning licenses granted to the premises is obtained through the consultation of granted licenses that exists on the municipal website (Consultation of licenses granted since 2005). Important: the information relating to this data set comes from an administrative register, without statistical processing, and may therefore contain some inconsistency. NOTICE: As of October 2022, this information is made available in the following formats: CSV, JSON and XML”. NOTICE: In files generated as of June 15, 2017, although sections 47 and 49 to 65 of the district “18.Villa de Vallecas” are assigned to the “barrio 181”, these are part of the new neighborhood 183.Ensanche de Vallecas.
