Citizen Notices

Below are two sets of data, which come from citizen warnings about incidents on public roads (cleaning, parking meters, lighting, waste collection, sidewalks and roads, green areas and others), which have been transmitted to the City Council, through the different channels: by telephone through 010-Línea Madrid, the mobile application 'Avisos Madrid', or the website www.madrid.es . One set of data collects the notices received in an indicated period of time, and the other collects the notices processed in that period of time, regardless of the date of opening. The time period for which information is presented is: Current year: It will be updated monthly with the data accumulated since the beginning of the year. Years expired: submit a file for the whole year. In 2018 the notices received and processed are offered distributed in two files with two different structures due to the implementation of the Avisos Madrid application (SIC-MiNT) and the maintenance of the old system (AVISA2) until the closure of the registered notices.
