Declaration of assets and activities of the councilors of the City of Madrid. Corporation 2019-2023

The publication of this information responds to what is ordered by article 8.1 h) of Law 19/2013, of December 9, on transparency, access to public information and good governance, and article 9.2 d) of the Transparency Ordinance of the City of Madrid, approved by the Plenary on July 27, 2016, in line with the provisions of article 75.7 of Law 7/1985, of April 2, Regulating the Bases of the Local Regime. In this set of data, the declarations of assets and activities of the councilors of the Madrid City Council of the Corporation 2019-2023 are published, broken down into three sections: Initial declarations: carried out at the time of taking office. Annual declarations: are published each year when the Personal Income Tax campaign ends. Final declarations: made on termination of service. In each section two files are offered, “Bienes” and “Actividades”, which show the data of the declarations presented by the councilors of the current corporation of the City of Madrid. Declaration of assets , which includes the identification of each declarant and the detail of their assets: real estate assets, deposits on account, other movable assets, vehicles, other movable assets of special value, debts and tax information. Statement of activities and causes of possible incompatibility , which includes the identification of each declarant and the causes of possible incompatibility and activities that provide or may provide economic income: positions, positions or activities in public sector entities and private activities of a professional, commercial, industrial or labor nature, employed or self-employed. In the initial and final declarations, the information will be updated when the councillor is dismissed or appointed.
