Lobbies Register

The Lobbies Registry is the public and free space in which any natural and legal person, or entities without legal personality that want to act directly or on behalf of a third party must register if they want to assert any interest in the elaboration of municipal regulations, in the design and development of municipal public policies and in the making of decisions of general and collective impact of the City of Madrid and its autonomous bodies. The creation of the Lobbies Registry is regulated in Chapter VI of the Transparency Ordinance of the City of Madrid. Its main objectives are to achieve greater transparency in the decision-making process and to know what interests the people who meet with the highest public officials represent. Subsequently, Law 10/2019, of April 10, on Transparency and Participation of the Community of Madrid, which regulates in Chapter II the content of the registration, and the rights and obligations of the persons or entities that register, is approved. This set of data offers the data in reusable format of the persons and entities registered in the Register of Lobbies of the City of Madrid.
