From the City Council of Madrid we bet on talent, we want to have the best professionals to provide the best service to the people of Madrid. The Madrid Talento project seeks the excellence of the human capital of the Madrid City Council, and insofar as it brings together good practices and guidelines that connect with the most innovative academic and administrative trends, it also aspires to become a reference for innovation for other public and private organizations. ¿What is mentoring? Mentoring is a learning process through which the mentor advises, teaches, guides and assists the learner or mentee in developing their professional skills and abilities. This data set publishes the data of the mentors who are part of the network of the mentoring program aimed at employees of the Madrid City Council. It indicates the year in which each one joined as a mentor, the area, district or autonomous body in which he works, the consolidated level or that of his current position in case of being superior, his sex and his age range. The data of the participants are also published as minds (mentorized) in the mentoring program aimed at employees of the Madrid City Council since the beginning of this. It indicates the year in which each started their mentoring process, their professional category, level of position at the time of starting the process and sex.
