Since 2008, the City Council of Madrid, through Línea Madrid, has made available to citizens the Municipal Prior Appointment System to receive care in various municipal offices, such as the Citizen Services Offices of Línea Madrid (OAC). Although it is possible to consult, modify or cancel previously arranged appointments, as well as obtain proof of attendance, this dataset only contains appointments. Each month accumulates to generate annual files with information from January to December.
