Recognition of compatibility of staff in the service of the Madrid City Council and its public sector

In accordance with Article 8(1)(g) of Law 19/2013 of 9 December 2013 on transparency, access to public information and good governance, decisions on authorisation or recognition of compatibility affecting public employees must be published on the Transparency Portal. These decisions are issued under the provisions of Law 53/1984 of 26 December 1984 on Incompatibilities of Personnel in the Service of Public Administrations . The information consists of two files: authorisations for the performance of second public activities and recognitions for the pursuit of private activities . It includes information on owners of management bodies, officials, labor personnel, casual personnel and workers of municipal companies. The data that appear in the information are: name and surname, public post held, secondary public activity or private activity that is authorised/recognised and date of the decision. As for the resolutions of compatibility for the performance of the public activity of university associate professor, only the last resolution granted that is in force per employee is included.
