Satisfaction survey of users of the Meals at Home service. The purpose of this survey is to know the quality perceived by users about the Meals at Home service, as well as to receive their suggestions, in order to establish an improvement plan. The Home Food service is a service aimed at people over 65 who live alone or with people of similar or greater dependence, without a support network, who have difficulties in preparing food or who have health problems caused by a nutritional deficit. Persons under 65 years of age who, due to their special situation of social exclusion or dependence, so require, may also be beneficiaries of the service. The fundamental objective of the service is to provide a compensated and varied diet, preventing situations of malnutrition in the elderly and people with disabilities. In this sense, there are different menus adapted to the different pathologies that users may present. It consists of the distribution of balanced food rations in the elder's own home. The food is made in a centralized kitchen and distributed throughout the homes with adapted transport in perfect conditions of hygiene and safety. The survey explores aspects of the service related to its notoriety, impact, organization and delivery, team of professionals or global assessment, as well as some instruments for prioritizing improvements.
