Satisfaction study of users of the Home Help Service

Satisfaction survey of users of the Home Help Service. The purpose of this survey is to know the degree of satisfaction of the users of the Home Help Service, as well as to receive their suggestions, in order to establish an improvement plan. The service aims to provide personal and / or domestic care at home to the elderly or disabled people who need it, with the aim of promoting their independence and personal autonomy. It is intended to achieve maintenance in their own environment and improve their quality of life. Care is provided by professionals trained as Home Auxiliaries. The groups to which this service is addressed are: People over 65 with difficulties in their autonomy and who have a need for support, who require supervision, partial or total help for the performance of activities of daily living. Persons under 65 with recognized disabilities. Persons declared dependent by the Community of Madrid. The survey explores aspects of the service related to its notoriety, impact, organization and delivery, team of professionals or global assessment, as well as some instruments for prioritizing improvements.
