Satisfaction study with the Outdoor Exercise Program

Satisfaction survey of users of the Outdoor Exercise Program. The purpose of this survey is to know the degree of satisfaction of users with the Outdoor Exercise Program, as well as receive their suggestions, in order to establish an improvement plan. The outdoor exercise program “moverse is taking care of yourself” It is aimed at people over 60 years old, mainly with few habits in the practice of exercise or with sedentary life, but also for those who are already doing other physical activity. It has a weekly frequency of one hour and is always led by qualified staff. The objective of the program is to promote active aging and make exercise a habit of life in the elderly population. The program consists of recreational and educational group sessions with a high socializing content and with a marked preventive character, seeking to generate the habit of physical activity as a source of satisfaction. It will always include warm-up, stretching and relaxation exercises and aerobic activity will predominate. The access to the activity will be free by the interested people, being able to join or leave the group at any time. This program includes the realization of meetings between different groups around physical exercise, carrying out intergenerational activities with schoolchildren aimed at promoting intergenerational relations, and with a marked educational and socializing character. The survey explores aspects of the service related to its notoriety, impact, organization and delivery, team of professionals or global assessment, as well as some instruments for prioritizing improvements.
