Suggestions and complaints (tax and general)

Below are four sets of data, which come from suggestions, claims and congratulations (SYR) on municipal public services and other actions of the City Council, which have been transmitted, through the different channels it provides for it, the telematics (web page or mobile internet), the telephone (010- Madrid Line) or the face-to-face in any of the offices of attention to the citizenry, offices of integral attention to the taxpayer and other municipal registration offices, are also received by postal mail. Suggestions and complaints are classified into two large groups with differentiated processing: “SYR tributarias” (SYRT), the subject matter of which is matters relating to public taxes and prices and general SYR (SYRG), which relate to all other matters. In both cases there are two files, one collects the requests received in a period of time and the other collects those resolved in the same period, regardless of the opening date.
