Survey for the evaluation of indicators of the Charter of Services of the Municipal Office of Consumer Information (OMIC), related to the citizen evaluation of the service. OBJECTIVE OF THE STUDY: The Municipal Consumer Information Office (OMIC) of Madrid, whose services are provided through the Municipal Consumer Institute and the 21 Districts of the City of Madrid, has as its main task the protection and defense of the consumer rights of Madrid citizens. In order to know the degree of satisfaction of the users, a survey has been carried out to the people who have approached the OMIC to make a personalized consultation or formulate a claim or complaint, in order to collect clear and concise information about their opinion regarding the information, guidance and treatment received in the OMIC office to which they have gone, contemplating the following contents: • Assessment of information provided by OMIC staff and guidance received on consumption. • Assessment of the personalized and individualized attention received at the OMIC. • Overall assessment of the degree of user satisfaction.
