Urban furniture. Banks

The current inventory of banks, such as street furniture, is part of the historical collection of a lot of information from different actions carried out in the city, as well as the detailed inspection of the entire city where all the existing banks have been collected. These benches can be moved or eliminated for different needs, such as the transfer because a canopy is going to be placed in the vicinity, the installation of a terrace, small remodeling of the sidewalks and other cases that arise. In some actions, the bank deregisters but remains in the computer systems as active information. The date of installation of the new banks is now recorded. This data set contains the more than 68,000 public banks in the city (seats), their address and model of it. As you can see, more than 80% of banks in Madrid conform to standardized urban elements. This Standardization of Constructive Elements is specified in technical and identifying requirements of each element by means of sheets consisting of a photograph of the element and a descriptive part that establishes the main technical requirements that define the disposition of the same. NOTE: From 2019 the structure of the files has been changed when extracting the information from the MINT system.
