Dataset description

CartoCiudad collects and publishes in different geolocation web services a series of spatial data sets. The data offered are: - Portals and kilometric points from different sources at national, regional and local level, to which the municipalities, provinces, autonomous communities, population entities and postal codes to which they belong have been assigned. The data sources are: Transport Network of the Geographical Information Reference of the SCNE, Directorate General of Cadastre, Eusko Jaurlaritza - Basque Government, Nafarroakoa Gobernua - Government of Navarra, Government of La Rioja, Government of Andalusia, Generalitat de Catalunya, Generalitat Valenciana, Community of Madrid, Consell de Mallorca, Asturian Council of Gozón, City of Cáceres, City of Santander, City of Santa Cruz de Tenerife, City of Valencia, City of Albacete, City of Gijón, City of Caravia, City of Soto del Barco and City of Sariego. - Official name and type of track: the types of roads are offered by the D. G of Cadastre and Grupo Correos, likewise, the National Institute of Statistics provides the types of roads and the official road names of postal addresses in the urban area. - Roads from the SCNE Geographical Reference Information Transport Network. - Population entities and administrative units of the National Geographic Institute: Central Register of Mapping and Geographical Information of Reference of Populations (IGR populations), respectively. This information allows establishing a relationship between the addresses, place names and points of interest, with the administrative units and population entities in which they are located. - Postal codes of the Correos Group: allows to establish a relationship of postal codes with addresses, place names and points of interest. Postal codes are not available for download, they can only be viewed. - Toponyms and points of interest from different official data sources, which are: National Geographic Institute, O.A. National Geographic Information Centre, Ministry of Finance, Ministry of Science Innovation and Universities, Ministry for the Ecological Transition and the Demographic Challenge, Bank of Spain, Ministry of the Presidency, Justice and Relations with the Courts, Ministry of Health, General Council of the Judiciary, Junta de Andalucía, Ministry of Culture, Ajuntament de València, Eusko Jaurlaritza - Basque Government, Community of Madrid, Ajuntament de Barcelona and Govern de les Illes Balears. - Cadastral apples from the D.G. of Cadastre, Basque Government and Nafarroakoa Gobernua - Government of Navarre.
