RBMP 2022-2027

RBDs, third cycle RBMPs (2022-2027) resulting from the integration of the information provided by the 25 RBDs, in response to Article 13 of the Water Framework Directive. It includes information on the 14 plans approved by the Council of Ministers on 24 January 2023 (the 12 of the inter-community basins, the Balearic Islands and Galicia Costa) and on the other plans in the version of the documents available. These last plans are those of the 7 Demarcations of the Canary Islands, Catalonia and the 3 Andalusian demarcations. The data structure is as specified by the Water Framework Directive reporting guides, available at https://cdr.eionet.europa.eu/help/WFD/WFD_780_2022. This information complies with the obligations of Article 13 of Directive 2000/60/EC and is therefore included in the list of sets of "high value data" as environmental water data, as set out in Regulation 2023/138 of 21 December 2022 establishing a list of specific high value data sets and modalities for publication and re-use, under Directive 2019/1024 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 20 June 2019 on open data and the re-use of public sector information.
