Apartment ownership from address data (WFS)

Extract from address data about apartment ownership in Estonia. With the help of the service, it is possible to connect land numbers, type of apartment ownership, with address information, and then link the Estonian topography database (ETAK) to buildings. The service includes fields: in the id_register — id in the system of objects of interest for address data; ads_oid — the identifier of the ads object in the ADS system, identifies the object together with the versions; building_oid — the part of a building is a reference to the building to which it relates; apartment_address — a valid full address in textual form containing all parallel addresses; building_address — a valid immediate address in textual form containing all parallel addresses.
