Areas of the network regulating land improvement systems

Spatial shapes of all areas of the network regulating the construction works of land improvement systems entered in the Register of Land Improvement Systems (MSR) together with a selection of basic attributes (the code of the land improvement system, the code of the building of the land improvement system, the name of the building, etc.). The land improvement system consists of parts of the system, i.e. land improvement buildings. A land improvement system may have one or more buildings. A land improvement building is a part of a land improvement system that is put into service at once. Each land improvement system has its own code, which is a unique combination of 13 digits. This code is formed on the basis of a specific set of rules (guideline), e.g. the first number of the code indicates the sub-basin, the numbers 2-8 indicate the water body into which the system flows, etc. The land improvement building has its own code within the boundaries of the land improvement system, which is a unique three-digit combination of numbers. The land improvement building receives its own code when it is first registered. The spatial shapes of the areas of the network regulating the buildings of land improvement systems, together with a selection of basic attribute data, shall be made public: 1) The Agricultural and Food Board’s land improvement map application (https://athena.agri.ee/connect/analyst/mobile/#/main?mapcfg=%2FAnalyst%2FNamedProjects%2Fmaaparandus_avalik&lang=et). This is the current state of the MSR’s public GIS data. The layer in it is called “Land Repair Systems Regulatory Network Areas”. 2) The Land Board X-GIS 2 map application “land improvement systems” (https://xgis.maaamet.ee/xgis2/page/app/maaparandus). It updates data based on MSR at least 2 times a year, in spring and autumn. The layer in it is called “Land Repair System Regulating Network”. 3) in the public view of the Land Improvement Systems Register (https://portaal.agri.ee/avalik/#/maaparandus/msr/systeemi-otsing). This is the current state of the MSR’s public GIS data. In the public view of the Register of Land Improvement Systems, all public attributes concerning the buildings of land improvement systems. The name of the layer in the map window is “Areas of the regulatory network of land improvement systems”. 4) on the map of restrictions of the Land Board (https://kitsendused.maaamet.ee/#/avalik and). They update data based on MSR at least 2 times a year, in spring and autumn. The keeping/collection of data on the areas of the network regulating the buildings of land improvement systems follows from the Land Improvement Act, the statutes of the register of land improvement systems.
