Dataset description

The spatial data set includes the data of the 1:10000 elevation layer of the Estonian main map: contour lines and elevation points. The attribute of the signs is the altitude values. The contour lines are given at 2.5 m intervals. The contour lines and elevation points are produced from the thinned elevation points of the aerial laser scanning (LiDAR - Light Detection And Ranging) collected between 2017 and 2020. As of 2021, the main map also includes data on sea isobaths and depth points. Depth lines and depth points were generated by the Land Board on the basis of data from the Hydrographic Information System (HIS) depth points of the Transport Administration at the end of 2020.
