Estonian cadastral boundaries (WFS)

The service includes a layer of spatial shapes of Estonian cadastral units in polygons. This service is well suited for use in map applications, where it is necessary to show all cadastral boundaries and attributes as up to date (1-2 days). The service also includes a new tax price attribute that has entered into force in 2024. Attribute data includes the cadastral identifier, the EHAK code, the name of the county, the name of the municipality, the name of the settlement unit, the proximity address, the date of registration and conversion, the intended purposes and their percentages, the area, the percentages of land parcels, the method of measurement, the measuring method, the method of formation, the method of registration, the forms of ownership and the taxation prices. In the WFS service, all layers are identical. Data is updated every night.
