Estonian cadastral data (WMS)

The service includes polygons and points of Estonian cadastral units. The service also includes layers of active land consolidation plans and surveying conditions, as well as a layer of overlays and holes between cadastral units. This service is well suited for use in map applications, where it is necessary to show all the boundaries and attributes of cadastral units in the current state (1-2 days). Attributes include cadastral unit identifier, EHAK code, county name, municipality name, settlement unit name, proximity address, registration and amendment date, intended purposes and their proportions, area, percentages of land parcels, measurement method, meter, formation method, registration method, ownership forms and tax prices. The service includes under the "tax _ price" field the current tax price, i.e. the value of the land calculated on the basis of the regular valuation model in 2022. Layers are inquiring. There are different layers in the WMS service that contain different styles, the data source of the layers is the same. In terms of layers or styles, there are: 1. Cadastral boundaries 2. Current border crossing points of the cadastral unit are formed by: Data classification on layer KÜ valid dots with measurement method (ky_ dots_ valid _ method): • Aerial geodetic: AEROFOTOGEODEETIC, CONVERTED _ AEROFOTOGEETIC; • Measured, L-EST: DEFINITIVE PRODUCTION _L_EST, CONTROLED _L_EST, DEFINITED _L_EST, CONVERTED _L_EST; • Measured, arbitrary: CONVERTED _TRANSFORMED, CONVERTED _TRANSFORMED, CONVERTED _SUVAL, CONVERTED _SUVAL; • Based on the map and plan: ROAD _ AND _ PLANT IN _, CONVERTED _ CARD, ANALYTICAL, CATEGORIES _ APPLICABLE and other values. All styles are also available as styles for layer KÜ borders, as an additional style there is also a cadastral boundary with an identifier.
