Estonian Port Register

The Port Register provides a consolidated overview of all ports registered in Estonia, including ports by the sea as well as ports located on inland waterways. The register shall contain the following information on ports: the location (address) of the port, the contact details of the managing body of the port, the geographical coordinates of the port, the area and waters of the port, the port facilities and technical equipment, the duration of the navigation season, the existence of a fairway or canal in the port and its dimensions, a ship of maximum dimensions capable of being received by the port, the presence of icebreakers and locomotives insured in the port, the existence of anchorage, the functions of the port, the characteristics of hydrotechnical installations, the functions of state supervision in the port. The chief processor of the register is the Ministry of Economic Affairs and Communications and the authorised processor is the Transport Board.
